What to expect from your first class, our ladies and kids classes, and memberships.
Message us and join an All Levels class. Beginners and advanced members train in the same room on different progressions, and the coach sets yours. Tell the instructor about any injury or condition before the session.
Yes. Single sessions are paid at the front desk. Message us first so we can book you in.
Yes. Ladies sessions are private, for females only, and led by a female instructor.
Kids classes run in two groups that each train twice a week, and Pre-Teen is a class for boys on Mondays and Wednesdays; girls that age join the Ladies class. Message us with your child’s age and we’ll suggest the right class. Places are limited, and siblings pay less.
Three-month memberships can be frozen for 7 days, six-month for 16 days and one-year for 30 days. One-month memberships can’t be frozen. Tell the gym’s management when you want to freeze.
Every class is 60 minutes.
We’re closed on Fridays. Holiday closures are posted on our Instagram.
Packages are bought and paid for at the front desk. Message us first if you have any questions.
